But what really sets us apart are our unique, juicy and flavourful jerk chicken and beef rib. Our jerk chicken is cooked with naturally pimento wood smoke, infusing it with a rich and smoky flavour that you won't find anywhere else. And our beef rib is cooked with rum barrel oak smoke, giving it a depth of flavour that will leave you craving more. All the smoking process are done in safe and low temperature that will not generate harmful substances.
